Key staff specialise in Passenger Assistance

As well as being trained in emergency first aid, manual handling and managing challenging behaviour, each of our key staff members have undergone training known as PATS (Passenger Assistance Training Scheme).

This essential training ensures that they are aware of the legal and practical implications surrounding the role of passenger Assistance. Subsequently our drivers improve passenger safety and

comfort by providing the skills and information for passenger assistants to understand and meet the needs of their passengers.
